What qualifications will my accountant/bookkeeper have?

Our accountants all have degrees/qualifications in accounting and our client managers have masters degrees in accounting and business administration as well as experiencing living and working overseas in accounting firms in Dubai and Australia. We are happy to share more details about the people you may be working with and can send through a team profile.

Are you familiar with Australian standards?

Our client managers who will deal directly with you, have all spent time abroad and understand Australian standards. They ensure our work meets all required standards and are constantly keeping themselves updated of changes to rules and regulations.

How will we communicate with you?

Our goal is to give you the best possible service and so we are happy to work in a way that fits you and your existing systems. You can reach us on the phone, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, email, Google Meet etc… Tell us what works for you and we will make it work for us. Our accountants are all fluent in English so communication will never be a problem.

I thought labour in India was very cheap, don’t some places charge only $10/hour for tax returns.

Yes, there are some who offer tax returns as low as $10 but often these are freelanced CPAs and there is no guarantee given regarding the quality of work or reputation.
